The 2020 Volkl Yumi ski is a favourite of ours year after year. The perfect choice for less aggressive intermediate lady skiers who want a ski that will progress with their ability. We love this ski for its all mountain performance capabilities combined with the easy handling nature. It’s a fun, easy ride down the hill regardless of the conditions.

With its 84mm waist width, and wider tip and tail profile, this ski provides absolute versatility to carve a strong edge on groomers, whilst being able to float on softer snow days and hold their own when the conditions get choppy. Thanks to titanal band technology, metal is only added where it’s needed creating a strong ride whilst maintaining light-weight performance so you can ski longer without fatigue.

The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood around.

Direct and strong powertransmission with full length sidewalls.

Base: P-Tex 2100 Base – A sintered high-density and high molecular polyethylene base with great gliding characteristics and high durability.

TITANAL BAND
Sportive material layup for high dampening and reliability on Freeride skis to also keep relatively light weight.
