Sidecut Racing Diamond Discs

Discs come in 120, 200, 400, 600 and 1000 grits - for use with Diamond Guides and File Guides.
Beautifully precision machined flat aluminium disc with a self-adhesive Diamond Disc: 120 grit (extra course-purple), 200 grit (course-red), 400 grit (medium-gold), 600 grit (fine-black) or 1000 grit (extra fine-blue). The Diamond Disc comes in its own protective storage container. Self adhesive replacement diamond discs are available to save you money and allow you to change discs when needed. Highly recommended for side edge filing since discs work better than traditional rectangular stones. Reason: You can simply spin the disc utilising all of diamond material, whereas on a rectangular stone a linear wear pattern is created and much of the diamond material is unusable. 

• 120 & 200 grit - used for sharpening, removing burrs and for hardened edges. Great for getting edges back to the acute angle your desire without using a file.
• 400 grit - used for sharpening and polishing.
• 600 grit - used for polishing .
• 1000 grit - used for high polishing. For those who care about hundredths of a second or really care about how the edges perform on the hardest snow surfaces.
