Part of the Candide signature series, the Candide 3.0 is a modern ski rewarded several times in 2018, as Powder magazine ‘Skier’s Choice’ and Freeskier magazine ‘Editors’ pick’. It’s a light and lively twin-tip ski that allows to send deep backcountry skiing while still being able to rail the hardpack.

What can the Faction Candide 3.0 ski do?
The Candide 3.0 has great floatation thanks to its mid-fat 108 mm waist, and with the rockered tip and tail, it reaches the surface super fast when landing deep. Despite having a wider waist than the Candide 2.0, this model is lighter, thanks to an hybrid core that mixes poplar with balsa and flax fibres. The ski is lightweight, yet dependable, on snow and in the air. This is definitely a versatile and playful ski, that encourages to ski the way Candide does, going fast, slashing, spinning and jumping off all sorts of natural features. It really has a solid edge hold too and energy out of turns, so you can rock the hard pack at high speeds.
