Terms of Use: The Last Lift

1. THE PRODUCTS
All products available on the site are guaranteed and authentic. TheLastLift.com is a partner site of Skiisandbiikes.com, and is an authorized dealer of all brands available on the site. All products have a manufacturer warranty; if you think there is a default in the manufacturing of a product, contact our customer service at hello@thelastlift.com.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
An order cannot contain two or more items worth over $100 of the same style, size and colour. The Last Lift reserves the right to cancel any orders without further explanation.

3. PAYMENT
Payment on the website is entirely secure. Your banking information is always encrypted, which makes it completely unreadable. Furthermore, the information is directly transferred from your bank to our bank, never through the website. This means The Last Lift never has access to your banking information. We are extremely vigilant regarding online fraud. Therefore, we might investigate and cancel an order if we have good reason to believe it is fraudulent.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please feel free to contact our customer service by e-mail: hello@thelasthunt.com. We will answer within 24 hours of receiving your message. You can also live chat via Messenger from 11am-6pm most day. 

5. RETURN POLICY, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATION RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any items. You cannot return an item if the size does not fit you or you don't like the colour. The only reason you can return an item is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies. In the case of a return for a warranty issue, please note that the customer has to cover for the shipping fees to send the item back and forth to us. If you would rather not pay shipping for a warrantied product, come by a Skiis & Biikes location.
MISSING ITEM: We are extremely vigilant with our inventory and we always do our best to keep it updated. Despite this, it can happen that an item on your order will be sold out and not available anymore. In that case we will warn you as soon as possible, and the missing item will not be charged to your credit card and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. We do not provide a replacement for the missing item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER: Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order. Your orders pass through our system for processing immediately after they are placed and our system simply doesn't allow for changes to be made or cancellations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment. Please note that it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed (item, size, colour). 

6. PRICING POLICY The prices displayed on The Last Lift are very competitive compared to the competition. We will never adjust prices to match our competitors. Whether before or after your order is placed. If the prices on The Last Hunt go down after you place your order, we will not adjust them.  All sizes and weights quoted are approximate. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable for your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
